These Terms of Service apply to notasecretshop.com and the products and services offered by Not a Secret, operated by RBP International LLC. By accessing the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in our footer.

1. Online store terms

You must be the age of majority in your place of residence, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You may not use the site or products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content or infringe another person’s rights.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen colours and minor production details may vary. Prices, descriptions, promotions and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders and billing

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order and account information. An order acknowledgement is not acceptance; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, subject to applicable law. We may cancel orders affected by stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud or unauthorised resale and will refund amounts paid for cancelled items.

4. Promotions

Discounts and offers are subject to their stated conditions, availability and end dates. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value and may be withdrawn where abuse or a technical error is identified.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery and return terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, design, copy, photography and software are owned by or licensed to RBP International LLC and may not be copied, republished, sold or exploited without written permission.

7. Reviews and submissions

Content you submit must be accurate, lawful and your own. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display that content in connection with our store and marketing, subject to privacy law. We may moderate or remove unlawful or misleading content.

8. Third-party services

Shopify and other providers help operate the store. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our reasonable control.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country or state of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
